Hosting your company's end-of-year party in Carthage

Twenty minutes from Tunis, the villa can be taken over in part or in full for a company evening. Here is what to know before you settle on a date in December.

The essentials

  • Up to 300 guests for drinks, 150 seated
  • Three venues: Le Perchoir, Le Light Bar and Le RestÔ
  • Throughout December, except the 24th, 25th and 31st
  • Book three to four weeks ahead
  • A reply within 48 working hours

Choosing the venue for your numbers

The villa has three venues available for private hire. Choose one, or move from one to the next as the evening unfolds: drinks at Le Light Bar, dinner at Le RestÔ, and the late hours at Le Perchoir.

Dinner capacities assume table service.

Le RestÔ can be booked for exclusive use from 60 guests. For a smaller group, Le Perchoir or Le Light Bar is the better fit.

Standing reception or served dinner

A standing dinner, a buffet or a served dinner: we settle the format with you, according to how the evening is to run. The one we most often recommend is dinner served at the table.

Dinner is served indoors. Guests keep the use of the terrace, with high tables, for drinks beforehand.

Le Perchoir has a retractable, watertight roof. In winter it stays closed most of the time.

The villa's kitchen has been certified to ISO 22000, the food safety standard, since June 2026. The certificate can be checked online on the AFNOR website.

The evening itself

In December the sun sets at around 5pm. Your guests arrive after dark.

A DJ or a band can play until 1am in any of the three venues. An awards presentation, a word from the board: the running order is agreed with our events concierge, who stays on hand from the first guest to the last.

Arrival, valet parking and a night at the villa

The villa is around twenty minutes from central Tunis and eighteen minutes from the airport.

The villa's own car park holds around thirty cars. Beyond that, a valet takes vehicles to an attended car park off site.

For guests who would rather not drive home, the villa has ten suites, all facing the bay.

How the evening comes together

First contact

You write to us. We call you back within 48 working hours to understand the project, the date and the number of guests.

Site visit and proposal

We walk through the venues together, then send you a proposal covering spaces, catering, suppliers and the running order.

Preparation

Our events concierge coordinates the suppliers, décor, catering and accommodation for your guests.

On the day

You arrive and everything is ready. The concierge stays with you until the very end.

Dates to bear in mind

On 24, 25 and 31 December the villa hosts its own evenings, so these three dates are not available for private hire.

For a December date, allow three to four weeks between your first enquiry and the evening itself.
